Description: This man stands a little under 3'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tan costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His blonde hair is braided into rings. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Wiggens was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Wiggens abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
