Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists.
