History: Gifted from a young age, Phelaia studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
