History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Taklinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Carlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
