History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When Juliana reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away.
