History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merla. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Bookbinder, but she got bored and became a Servant. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
