Description: She is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has a hunchback. She has no hair. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Hatae's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hatae took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her white eyes.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
