History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To be a Cook again; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a grey tunic with violet highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has blonde hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Barendd was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Barendd's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears baggy red pantaloons and a black scarf. His tied-back hair is black. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many drow want him driven away
