Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Now she works as a music tutor during her time off.

History: Philomena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Mordai was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.
