History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Valida reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'3" and dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Traubon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Traubon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Quillathe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by giants. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away
