He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Qualen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
