Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. She sports golden long hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Tomph is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a brown coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: This man is very fat, and is typically in his Bellfounder uniform. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He prefers to wear flannel. He has a hunchback. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
