History: Born in the east to a Barrister, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barrister responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
