After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Marbas studied abroad. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
