History: Elegant was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bendoo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bendoo. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Nordak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and expand his business
