History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Drogo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Drogo. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
