Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shortspears and flails. His gold crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He carries with him a set of swords, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black fur is braided into rings. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
