History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Pikar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He became a Bellfounder soon after.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
