History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: She has a missing right leg. She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.

He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She keeps her brown hair in a flapper bob. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
