Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman very much looks the part of a Layabout. Her scarlet crest is thinning but still full. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown vest and prefers blue and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Server.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he feels kind of lost in life
