Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Bathin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bathin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
