Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Norsko managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
