History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Fabien never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
