History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has money and likes to spend it
