History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Phelaia was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
