Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, brown shirt, and grey tie. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has money and likes to spend it
