Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nyx never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Valanthe is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
