History: Frederick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
