His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He now owns his own business.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his rapier with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, marred by teas. His red hair is lengthy. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Skak took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
