Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Tod enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Raymond is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raymond was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her head has been shaved. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Avice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
