Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Oblar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
