History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has wavy black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Burgell was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
