Jo was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Tanner. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
