Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sellsword but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets

She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Nikki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Nikki was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
