Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has golden hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rael is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Rael was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: An older woman who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her feathered black hat.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Grai took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and to end her boredom

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Neega does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Neega lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
