Description: This tall, slender man has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His blue crest is long and unkept. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His head has been shaved. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears blue trousers with white and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
