History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he's looking for his big break
