She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Perra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Perra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Perra and her spouse have recently divorced.
