Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker red hat.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Burto took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe. She wears her white hair down. She has a dull look in her gray eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. Her hair is blonde and very short. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a grey costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family
