History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He tends to his Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Richard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A freak accident while working with his Merchant mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
