History: Gorbundus hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he's looking for his big break

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Matilda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
