History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Beatrice liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Jak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: He wears just a grey suit. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His golden hair is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Iados will drive conversation. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Iados was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
