Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born to a Stableman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is red, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. Her red crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quespa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quespa. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
