History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Lia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
