History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cloak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
