Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dimble fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: This tall, slender man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This dark-skinned male dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Snafû will drive conversation. He takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Revenge; and expand his business

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her gray fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Drifting was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
