To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Dondon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dondon was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
