History: Born in the east to a Miner, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

His blue eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gifted from a young age, Anselm studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born into a rich family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
