Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Stableman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Volen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Volen. She became a Sage soon after.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Through the years after Warryn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Warryn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Laborer and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Nurkara was taken on many hunting expeditions. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Being a Bellfounder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
