Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Cecily is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.

History: Born to a Sculptor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has worked as a Merchant like her mother before her.
